Unlike many other companies that source their images from online libraries, we take pride in creating original photographic prints. By purchasing from Lyptus Art, you're not only getting a unique piece but also supporting a small business and the artist behind the lens.

Quality Materials

Our wall art prints are professionally printed by carefully selected, industry professionals in Australia.

All of our prints are printed on quality, industry approved, photographic paper. The matte finish of the paper retains the images natural look and minimises glare around bright lights and are best framed behind glass. The prints are long lasting and also resist smudges and fingerprints.

Printing is completed by Australian printing professionals on reputable brand, industrial printers for crystal clear precision and on quality paper for maximum impact.

Borders

Our prints can be supplied with a small white border. This is to assist with framing, i.e. providing this border overlap will allow you to attach the print behind the frames mat border (recommended), without needing to stretch or damage your artwork. Note: This does not change the overall dimensions of the actual print. If you choose this option and then decide not to place the print behind a mat border, you will need to trim the excess white border in order for it to fit into the frame.

If you are placing the print into a frame that does not contain a mat border, you will need to ensure you select the "No border" option. 

Shipping

Free standard tracked shipping on unframed art prints within Australia is offered for your initial order. If artwork is returned to Lyptus Art due to customer error i.e. incorrect customer address entered, the re-delivery fees are passed onto you, the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please make sure you measure your space and check the size you’ve selected before finalising the order. 

Since art is personal, we offer a Creative Choice Return Policy for added peace of mind.

14-Day Personal Preference Return

If your artwork arrives in perfect condition but doesn't match your taste, due to things like focus, blurring, film grain, or other creative effects - you can return it within 14 days for a store credit or exchange.

Artistic Characteristics

Elements like soft focus, texture, or artistic effects are intentional choices made by the artist, not defects.

We understand that art is subjective, so we accept returns based on personal preference, even when the artwork reflects the artists vision.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage and tracking costs.

This policy only applies to full-priced items. If the replacement item is cheaper, the difference will be given as store credit.

Exclusions

Only full-priced products are eligible.

Sale items, discounted products, and custom-made pieces cannot be returned under this policy.

At Lyptus Art, we want you to feel confident in your art choices. We encourage thoughtful purchases, knowing that every piece carries the artists intent and adds its own special touch to your space.

Please be aware that we make every effort to ensure accurate colour depiction in our product photos. There may be slight variances due to screen/monitor differences and settings. If you are concerned about colour differences, it is worth viewing your selected product image on different devices.

We will replace artwork if an item arrives damaged. Please email us at lyptus.artistry@gmail.com within 5 days upon receipt of our product and include a photo of the damaged packaging and damages sustained to the product.
